My patients and clients have sought therapy for a variety of reasons, including relationship difficulties, issues related to work and study, loss, trauma, and unhelpful habits they would like to change.
Therapy works best when there is a strong working alliance between client and therapist. The aim of my site is to provide essential information to help you make an informed decision about therapy. My clinical experience is broad. In the NHS, my patients have complex mental health needs and an ongoing presentation of depression, anxiety or both. As a university student counsellor at the Student Psychological Services of University College London (UCL) previously, I worked with many young adults whose academic, professional, and social lives were affected by their mental health issues. Having worked for a few international tech companies and in management consultancy, I have a particular interest in work-related issues and the impacts of working cross-culturally.
Languages and fees
I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, including those who prefer to speak Mandarin Chinese, as well as those who wish to explore their relationship with a significant other from Chinese or East Asian backgrounds. Born in Taiwan, I have lived in the UK and the US in adulthood. In addition to English, I speak Mandarin Chinese and conversational French.
My fees start from £80 for each session. All sessions last for 50 minutes.
